SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship all orders within 3 business day upon receipt of cleared payment. Usually delivery for orders shipped within the Brazil takes ~3 to 5 business days via Sedex or 10 to 15 via PAC. Please be sure to provide your exact shipping address and telephone number which is required for custom purposes.
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All orders shipping outside of the Brazil will be sent via PAC(standard) or SEDEX (Priority). We have found this to be the most reliable and cost-effective option for our customers. Delivery times for international mail varies depending on the destination. Please allow ample time for orders to get through customs. Typically, it takes ~15 to 35 business days for standard shipping and ~10 to 20 business days for priority shipping, pending normal customs clearance! Please be sure to provide your exact shipping address and telephone number which is required for custom purposes.

While the actual in-transit time is beyond our control, rest assured we always strive to ship all orders promptly upon receipt of cleared payment! Friendly reminder that any duties & taxes imposed by your country at your country's border are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, therefore it is recommended that you contact your local customs office if you have any customs related questions.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Portal Brazil shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Portal Brazil shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Portal Brazil shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
